Cryptic Studios have releases online manual for Champions Online.

Cryptic Studios released a digital version of their game manual for Champions Online, a particularly good treat for those that did the digital download in particular since they had no documentation. While the manual is text only it does provide sufficient information to help players get acclimated to the Champions Online universe and players, both new and the veterans, will likely find something of interest to them in the manual.
